Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the content so they have an opportunity to respond.
If we receive a counter-notification from the user, we may reinstate the content after a specified period unless we receive notice from the copyright owner that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
